Vultas Mobile is developed and operated by Vultas Technologies Inc.

This Privacy Policy explains how Vultas Mobile collects, uses, and protects information when the application is used as part of a fleet tracking system.

Information We Collect

Vultas Mobile collects the following information while tracking is enabled:

• Device Identifier (12-digit Device ID)
• Precise GPS location
• Timestamp
• Location accuracy
• Speed
• Heading
• Battery status
• Network connectivity information
• Technical information required for reliable location tracking

When tracking is enabled, the application may continue collecting location information while running in the background, including when the application is not open, the device screen is locked, or another application is in use.

How We Use Information

The collected information is used solely to provide fleet tracking services, including:

• Live vehicle or personnel location
• Trip history
• Route playback
• Fleet dispatch
• Driver tracking
• Operational reporting
• Device diagnostics

The application does not use collected location information for advertising or marketing purposes.

Information Sharing

Location information is transmitted securely to the Vultas fleet tracking platform operated by or on behalf of your organization.

Authorized users within your organization may access location information through the fleet management platform.

Vultas Technologies Inc. does not sell personal information.

Data Retention

Location information is retained according to the retention settings configured by the organization operating the fleet management system.

Retention periods may vary between organizations.

Security

Data transmitted by Vultas Mobile is encrypted using HTTPS during transmission.

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to help protect collected information.

Background Location

Vultas Mobile requires background location to provide continuous fleet tracking.

Location may continue to be collected while tracking is active even when:

• the application is not open
• the device screen is locked
• another application is being used

Users can stop background location collection at any time by stopping tracking within the application or by revoking location permissions in Android.

Your Choices

You may:

• Stop tracking at any time.
• Disable location permissions through Android Settings.
• Contact your organization regarding removal of tracked devices.
